02 Who Can Use nada

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use nada.
  • By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • If we have reason to believe you are under 18, we may suspend or delete your account without notice.

03 Our Service

nada provides a platform for people to connect meaningfully — without algorithms, follower counts, or advertising. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any interruption or change to the service.

04 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of nada and for all content you post or share. You agree not to:

  • Create a false identity, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Post, transmit, or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of others
  • Share content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
  • Solicit personal information from other users for commercial or unlawful purposes
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract content from the service
  • Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service or its infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including privacy laws and intellectual property rights

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

05 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and post on nada. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

You confirm that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence. We do not proactively moderate all content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

06 Reporting & Moderation (DSA)

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), you may report unlawful content or conduct directly to us at hello@nada.bond. We will review reports and take appropriate action within a reasonable time. We will notify you of the outcome unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or the rights of others.

07 Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Your rights include access (Art. 15), correction (Art. 16), deletion (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nada.bond.

08 Third-Party Services

nada uses the following third-party services:

  • Apple Inc. — app distribution via the App Store and TestFlight
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — infrastructure and data storage (EU region, Germany)
  • Apple Sign In — optional authentication

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Please review their respective terms and privacy policies.

09 Intellectual Property

All elements of nada not provided by users — including the name, logo, design, code, and all associated materials — are the intellectual property of the provider. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.

10 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your account poses a risk to other users or to the service. In cases of serious violations (e.g. illegal content, harm to minors), termination may be immediate and without prior notice.

11 Disclaimer & Liability

nada is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for actions or content of other users, service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access to your account. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum required by applicable law where you have paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may delete your account before the changes take effect.

13 Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us first at hello@nada.bond.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may refer it to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings but will consider each case individually.

These Terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Munich, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
